Genesis 15:1
“Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward.”
The devil’s sole aim is to inflict fear on us through his deceiving schemes. Jesus has given us power over fear. In everything, we must persevere in trust, and belief by manifesting an obedient faithfulness.
After his battles with kings, Abram experienced a moment of trouble and fear. There will be such situations in our lives. But God is the father of all who believes in Him.
Because of heart-altitude, faith, enduring trust, obedience, and submission God promised Abrah to be His shield. If our relationship with God remains right to His will, there is a reward. We will fear no more,
He is our God, and He unreservedly binds Himself to his faithful people to be their shield. As His children, we must press on in obedience, and pray for His sufficient grace.
Psalm 34:4
“I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.”
